By submitting property information to Multi-Unit Property Network (“Company”), the undersigned (“Seller”) acknowledges and agrees that all information, documents, financials, statements, disclosures, and representations provided to the Company are true, accurate, and complete to the best of Seller’s knowledge.

Seller understands that the Company will rely upon the information provided for the purpose of evaluating the property for potential acquisition, partnership, marketing, financing, or investment consideration.

Seller further acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any knowingly false, misleading, or omitted material information may impact evaluations,

negotiations, or potential transactions

• All communications, documents, and information exchanged between Seller and the Company

shall be treated as confidential by both parties, subject to disclosures required by law or necessary

for transaction evaluation purposes

• The Company agrees to use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive property

and ownership information

• Confidential information may be shared only with the Company’s affiliated partners, investors,

lenders, advisors, or representatives directly involved in evaluating the opportunity

By opting in, or submitting information, Seller confirms acceptance of these terms and representations.
